Examination/ Consultation

*One-time registration fee ($20) is required for all the new clients. **Medical waste handling fee ($10) will be added to all visits.

New Patient/Client

A full examination and review of the previous medical record to establish a patient-doctor relationship. A deposit to cover the examination fee ($100) and one-time set up fee ($20; non-refundable) is required to schedule an appointment. All patients must have an updated rabies vaccine (exemption allowed) and a negative fecal test result within 12 months.

Wellness Exam (Annual- or Bi-annual)

A full examination takes place in a calming and comfortable atmosphere. For those patients who are over 7-8 years old, we highly recommend bi-annual examination for early detection of age related illness. 

Urgent Care (Same day sick visit)

An estimate will be provided after the initial examination to discuss recommended diagnostic tests and treatment plan. On-site blood work, urinalysis, and other tests are available. An emergency fee may apply.

A follow up visit for puppy/ kitten vaccine series or a visit which doesn't require a doctor exam for an existing patient.

Initial Holistic Consultation

After comprehensive examination and a medical history review, a customized, integrative treatment regimen will be provided. Acupuncture treatment ($125~) may be started on the same day. Introductory acupuncture interval is once weekly for 6-8 sessions. Phone Consultation (per 15 minutes)

During the consultation, a review of medical record and a discussion of treatment recommendation take place over the phone. A $80 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling the appointment.

Canine Rabies Vaccine (1or 3yr)

Canine Distemper Vaccine

A 3-way vaccine (Distemper, Parvo, Adenovirus +/- Parainfluenza) to minimizing the risk of reactions due to over vaccination.

Bordetella Vaccine

Leptospirosis Vaccine

Feline Rabies 1yr or 3yr Vaccine

Feline Distemper Vaccine

Fecal Comprehensive Test

In addition to the traditional floating method, ELISA test (immunological test) is added to improve the detection of hidden intestinal parasites. **Required**

Urinalysis

A simple urinalysis screening test can help detect:

  • Urinary tract infections
  • Diabetes
  • Kidney disease
  • Liver disease
  • Other metabolic or systemic conditions

This test is recommended for pets showing changes in urination, increased thirst, accidents in the home, lethargy, or as part of routine wellness screening.

Heartworm/ Tick-borne Disease Screening for Dogs

A simple in-clinic screening test is available to check for:

  • Heartworm disease
  • Lyme disease
  • Ehrlichia
  • Anaplasma

This test is recommended annually for dogs, even those on prevention, as early detection allows for timely treatment and better long-term outcomes.

FeLV/ FIV and Heartworm Screening for Cats

A single screening test is available to check for:

  • Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV)
  • Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV)
  • Feline Heartworm Disease

This test is recommended for newly acquired feline pets and for any cat showing signs of illness.

Early detection allows for appropriate monitoring, treatment planning, and protection of other household pets.

Feline Cardiac Screening Test

A simple screening test is available for feline patients to help detect hidden (occult) heart disease.

This test is highly recommended for middle-aged to senior cats who are:

  • Preparing for anesthesia
  • Showing signs of lethargy
  • Experiencing difficulty breathing

Early detection can help guide safer anesthetic planning and provide timely treatment options.

Referral to a board-certified cardiologist is available if heart disease is detected.

We provide compassionate end-of-life visit and will gently care for your pet by administering sedation prior to the procedure to ensure comfort and peace.

Body care services, including cremation, are available.
